Cancellation and Reschedule policy
Cancellation, Refunds and Reschedule policy If the service is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled booking date and time, or if a service provider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will apply.If the service is cancelled within 12-24 hours of the scheduled booking date and time, or if a service provider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply..
If the service is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled booking date and time, or if a service provider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will apply. .
If the service is cancelled 48 hours after the scheduled booking date and time, or if a service provider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee of ₹200 of the total amount will apply.
If the service provider does not accept the booking, or if the booking cannot be completed even after acceptance, the full amount will be refunded. Bookings made on special days and during peak season are not refundable or cancelled. For instance, January 1st, January 26th, February 14th, August 15th, December 25th, December 31st, Holi Days, Diwali Days, Lohri Days, any wedding season, or peak season etc.
Note: Any fee that is charged for cancellation is given to the service provider because they have reserved their time and they are unable to find another working opportunity during that period. Reschedule Booking Policy Within 24 hour or if a service provider has already been appointed: No Rescheduling booking
If more than 24 hours: Rescheduling booking without any charges
No Rescheduling possible for Bookings made on special days and during peak season. For instance, January 1st, January 26th, February 14th, August 15th, December 25th, December 31st, Holi Days, Diwali Days, Lorhi Days, any wedding season, etc. Weather and Force Majeure Events: If there is rain, hail, or some other act of God, the only option will be to reschedule, if space is available.
Timing Calculation: The beginning time of the scheduled slot is used to determine the amount of cancellations that are processed.
Refund & Deduction Amount: The amount of the refund and deduction is determined to be based on the total cost of the order.
No Refund After Attempt: Once the decoration is attempted to be delivered, no refund will be issued. The approved refund amount will be deposited within 7 working days.
